Sean Murray is an American actor who is best known for portraying the character of Special Agent Timothy McGee in the action police procedural drama TV series NCIS (2003-2020). He is also well recognized for playing characters such as Zane Grey Hart in the western comedy-drama TV series Harts of the West (1994), Danny Walden in the legal drama TV series JAG (1998–2001), and Todd Mitchell in the sitcom The Random Years (2002).
