Shoshannah Stern is an American actress and writer who is best known for portraying characters such as Holly Brodeen in the drama TV series Threat Matrix (2003-2004), Megan Graves in the dark comedy-drama TV series Weeds (2005-2006, 2012), Bonnie Richmond in the post-apocalyptic action drama TV series Jericho (2006-2008), Eileen Leahy in the dark fantasy drama TV series Supernatural (2016-2020), and Kate in the comedy-drama TV series This Close (2018-2019). This Close was written and created by Shoshannah and Joshua Feldman, both of whom are deaf. They also starred as the principal characters of the show that revolves around two deaf best friends navigating their twenties in Los Angeles. This Close, thus, became the first TV series created, written by, and starring deaf artists. More than 20 other members of the cast and crew were also deaf. Besides, Shoshannah has played minor roles in films such as The Last Shot (2004), Adventures of Power (2008), The Hammer (2010), and Under the Boardwalk (2023).
