- She made her acting debut in the British horror comedy film Small Town Folk in 2007 alongside Warwick Davis.
- In 2012, she starred in the ITV four-part television miniseries period drama Titanic. Later that year, she was cast to guest-star as Labie in the British-American TV sitcom Episodes alongside Matt LeBlanc and Stephen Mangan. The series aired both on Showtime and BBC Two.
- She played the role of Sefa in the two-part episode of Arthur’s Bane in the final season of BBC’s Merlin in 2012.
- In her role as Ada Shelby in Peaky Blinders, she revealed that the cast including herself struggled at first as it was not heard much on television. Amidst the little downside at first, she added that they were still able to master the accent following a set visit in Birmingham.
