- In 2017, Sshivada was cast as Vasundhra (alias Deepa and Ashwini) in the Tamil-language romantic action thriller film, Adhe Kangal, in which she co-starred alongside Kalaiyarasan, Janani Iyer, and Bala Saravanan. For this role, she won Ananda Vikatan Cinema Award for “Best Villain Female” and South Indian International Movie Award for “Best Actress in a supporting role – Tamil”.
- Sshivada brought to life the character of Jessica in the Malayalam-language comedy thriller film, Achayans, in 2017 and her performance in the film won her the Asianet Comedy Awards for “Most Promising Actress”.
