Stanley Kubrick was an American filmmaker known for his work in films like The Shining, Eyes Wide Shut, and many others. Considered to be the greatest filmmaker of all time, Stanley Kubrick began his career as a photographer. He is considered to be among the most important contributors to world cinema in the twentieth century. His first film was ma documentary named Day of the Fight which he made by putting away all his savings in the year 1951. Kubrick has left a legacy of cinema behind him and as a tribute, BAFTA renamed its Britannia Lifetime Achievement Award to the Stanley Kubrick Britannia Award.

  1. Later in his life he looked a bit heavier. He was at least 160-180 lbs. Or maybe a bit less. He had to be closer to 170 lbs. in those pictures he looks less than that. In those pictures he looks 150-160 lbs. If you look at pictures of him when he was older he looks a bit heavier. Anywhere in the 150-180 lbs range at the most. He wasn’t really considered overweight. His build wasn’t really considered large. More or less 170 lbs.
