- Bon to Jiggs Kalra (who is widely regarded as one of the greatest ambassadors of modern Indian cuisine), Zorawar always held ambitions of becoming a successful restaurateur, just like his father.
- In 2006, he launched ZK Restaurant Concepts, his first entrepreneurial venture. The following year, he started a company called Wrapster Foods Pvt. Ltd. He served as the company’s managing director until August 2008. Through this venture, he launched 2 major and popular restaurant chains – Street Foods of India and Punjab Grill.
