  2. Betty wasn’t even a teenager when she decided to pursue a bodybuilding and weight training regimen.

  4. She was only 13 years when a picture of her was featured in the Sears, Roebuck and Co. catalog.
  5. One of her earliest works as a pin-up artist was with Alberto Vargas and Earl Moran.
  6. She has appeared on the cover of various magazines including Pulp and Glamour. She had once stated that despite her only being 15, she was dressed to look like the age of 25.
  7. As a model, Brosmer had worked for various brands including Christian Dior.
  8. One of her most prominent beauty contest wins was Miss Television.
  9. She had once served as a contributing writer for Muscle and Fitness.
  10. Betty has co-authored several books including The Weider Book of Bodybuilding for Women (1981), The Weider Body Book (1984), and Better and Better (1993).
