- He realized he could sing at the age of 4. By the time he was singing at the age of 14, he sounded like a much older person.
- He got his first guitar from cousin Terry Eldredge who used to play for Dolly Parton before joining The Grascals. Terry took one of Parton’s extra guitars she got through an endorsement deal and gifted it to Brett.
