  1. Krayzie Bone has spoken and lectured at several colleges and schools about the importance of education, making smart career choices, and not focusing only on becoming a rapper or an athlete.
  2. Krayzie was the founding member of the Cleveland-based Mo Thug Family, which was a rap and hip hop collective. He served as the CEO of the collective until its breakup in 1999.
  3. He had a difficult childhood as he was raised in the East Cleveland Area, which is well known for criminal activities and for being a hotbed of gangs.
  4. In 1999, he established a record label, ThugLine Records. In 2010, he decided to change the name of the label to The Life Entertainment.
  5. He is also the owner of the clothing and accessories line, TL Apparel. Instead of selling his merchandise through other stores and retailers, he has set up stores at various locations.
  6. In July 2012, he was arrested during late midnight in Los Angeles for driving under influence of alcohol. The reading of the breathalyzer was 0.10, which was 0.02 above the legal limit.
  7. In December 2012, the court ordered him to attend alcohol education classes. He was also sentenced to serve 3 years of probation.
  8. In March 2016, he had to postpone the dates of his Canadian tour after he was diagnosed with pneumonia. He resumed his tour after recovering.
  9. He has been diagnosed with sarcoidosis, which is an inflammatory condition that leads to inflammation of tissues in certain organs such as lymph nodes and lungs.
  10. He collapsed while recording for his album, Chasing the Devil. It was rumored that a collapsed lung was the cause but it was later revealed that sarcoidosis was responsible.
