- His father was a teacher and his mother a tailor.
- Lallianzuala played his debut game in the 2014-15 I-League U19 season, for DSK Shivajians‘s Liverpool International Football Academy in 2014, in their under-18 team. He completed the season with 16 goals leading his team to 7th place in the finale.
- Despite having signed his first professional contract with DSK Shivajians, he was loaned to NorthEast United FC where he played his first professional game in the 2016 Indian Super League season.
