1. Elia Zaharia – He met actor and former singer Elia Zaharia in Paris, France and the duo eventually started going out. In May 2010, they got engaged and she then accompanied him on most of his visits and meetings with members of royal families. She also served as the head of the Queen Geraldine Foundation, a humanitarian, charitable, and non-profit organization created by the Royal Court that aimed to be close to Albanian families who need help and to children who need care. The foundation helped reconstruct numerous schools and kindergartens in northern Albania, especially in the Mat District, from where the Zogu Family comes. After being together for some years, it was announced by Skënder Zogu on March 27, 2016, that the couple would get married on October 8, 2016, in the Royal Palace in Tirana. The wedding ceremony was a semi-official event with many guests including members of other noble and royal families. It was a civil wedding officiated by the Mayor of Tirana Erion Veliaj and a blessing was given by the five religious leaders of Albania representing the faiths of Sunni Islam, Bektashi, and the Christian traditions of Orthodox, Catholic, and Protestant.
   On October 22, 2020, Elia gave birth to their daughter Geraldine Sibilla Francesca Susan Marie at Queen Geraldine Maternity Hospital in Tirana. On January 17, 2024, it was announced via Instagram that Crown Prince Leka and Elia would be getting a mutual divorce.
