1. He got into the SM Rookies through the SM Global auditions. He was introduced as the member of SM Rookies on December 17, 2013.
2. After joining the band NCT, he debuted with the band’s first subgroup NCT U on April 4, 2016.
3. As of 2018, he is the only member of the band who has been the part of all the 3 subgroups of NCT including NCT U, NCT 127, and NCT DREAM.
4. He does not like ketchup and tries to avoid it as much as he can.
