NewJeans is a South Korean pop group comprising of the members Minji, Danielle, Hanni, Hyein, and Haerin. The quintet was formed in 2022 under ADOR, a subsidiary of the hugely successful Hybe Corporation. The band made a splashing debut with songs like Attention, Hype Boy, Ditto, Cookie, OMG, etc. Their refreshing and upbeat sound has earned them widespread success, making NewJeans one of the most promising K-pop bands in recent history. Their meteoric rise is evident from the fact that NewJeans has been compared to the likes of BTS and Blackpink in less than 1 year since their debut.
