Tonyvtoons Facts

1. Tony was interested in arts from a very young age and had started sketching and making flipbooks from the age of just 7. He took to animation seriously in the year 2010 and decided to build his YouTube channel around that skill.
2. He had created his primary YouTube channel with the name TonyvToons X in 2008 but later revamped the channel completely in 2013 and renamed it to TonyvToons.
3. In December 2013, he had created an animation about PewDiePie which the latter uploaded in one of his videos a year later but did not give any credit to Tony. Instead, a YouTuber called Solar Povi stole the animation and was later credited by PewDiePie. Hurt by the incident, Tony uploaded a response video titled PEWDIEPIE STOLE MY VIDEO?!?!?!?!? in 2015 which went viral. He explained in the video how Solar Povi had replaced the logo on the bottom right corner in his original video. PewDiePie eventually took down the video from his channel upon realizing what had happened and Solar Povi was terminated from YouTube in October 2015.
4. Apart from his 2 YouTube channels, he had also contributed to the gaming channel titled Polarwhal, with his brother Brian. The channel had accumulated 23k subscribers when they stopped uploading any more content in March 2017.
5. He had an awkward meeting with one of his idols, YouTuber and comedian Anthony Padilla on the sidelines of the VidCon 2016 event. He was invited to a related party by one of his friends who had told him that there could be a couple of famous YouTubers there, so he tagged along. However, upon reaching there, he noticed that Anthony was there as well. He extended his hand to greet him but everyone started staring angrily at him. It took him a couple of seconds to realize that his outstretched arm was blocking Anthony’s camera with which he was filming a vlog.
