- Koo Hye-sun (2015-2019) – He started going out with actor, singer, songwriter, director, and artist Koo Hye-sun in the year 2015 but the relationship was not made public until March 11, 2016, when he confirmed their romance. They had co-starred in the television series Blood. On May 20, 2016, the duo officially registered their marriage at the Gangnam district office and got married the following day. Instead of holding a wedding party, they decided to donate money to the pediatric ward of Severance Hospital (one of the oldest and biggest hospitals in Korea). They appeared in the reality show Newlywed Diary produced by Na Young-seok and showcased their married life. Later, it was reported in August 2019 that Ahn Jae-hyun had requested a divorce from his wife.
