In the morning session, after workout, John likes to have light snacks and protein shakes. His dinner consists of light meal like soups, corn and a vegetarian supper.     • Every day u should prefer to go gym. …….but title doesn’t matter how u workouting. ….euthanasia u need protein in your body. ……..so everyday take 8-9 eggs. …….u can also take three yellows. …….fruits dal roti veg. ………..chicken daily 500 grams. ……….before going gym eat two slice of bread pieces with protein shake …..its enough to be fit. …..avoid junk food. …..try to avoid meals………….very fit n happy life. ………

      Before starting your gyming buy a mass gainer including atlesat 15gm protein n 60gm carb wd vitamins n take dem twice a day approx 70gm per single dose for 15 days at least at breakfast n b4 bed time …den start your workout routine In gym .
      Den add whey protein after your workout to repair your muscle if u can’t afford dem den u hav a choise take at least 5 egg whites (eccept yolk) wd in 20 mins after exercise. ..good luck

  6. Please stop taking steroids John. Go back to being naturally fit. Don’t sacrifice your health for success in movies. Stay lean and ripped. Don’t get bulky taking Testosterone and Dianabol tablets, you will face hairfall, testicular shrinkage, and even gynocomastia around your nipples, which is evident in shootout at wadala. God bless

  8. Mere baju 10 inch k ha or main inhain john abraham sir k jase bhari-bharkam banana chahta hu .exercise main koi kami nahi chodunga bas aap diet k bare main bata do or agar koi dose lena ho to us product ka nam bata do please please.
