  1. In 1991, she and Don Fleming produced the iconic album Pretty on the Inside by the band Hole (fronted by Courtney Love).
  2. Her memoir, Girl in a Band was published in 2015.
  3. Kim wrote the song Schizophrenia (from the 1987 album Sister) partly in dedication to her brother Keller, who suffered from paranoid schizophrenia.
  4. In 1993, she co-founded a streetwear clothing company for women called X-Girl. Its brand ambassador was actress Chloë Sevigny.
