- Along with Jayasurya, Remya Nambeesan, and Vijay Babu, Sanoop Santhosh co-starred as Ryan Philip (a smart cute 10-year-old school boy who has problems understanding maths) in the 2013 Malayalam language children’s film Philips and the Monkey Pen. This performance won him many accolades including the award for “Best Child Actor” at the South Indian International Movie Awards, Asiavision Awards, Exo-Amritha Films Awards 2014, and Jaihind TV Film Awards 2014; for “Best Child Artist” at the 2013 Kerala State Film Awards and 2013 Kerala State Film Awards; for “Best Child Artist – Male” at the Asianet Film Awards and 10th Ramu Karyat Awards; and for “Best New Face” at the Vanitha Film Awards 2014.
