Bridget Regan is an American actress who has performed guest roles on several popular primetime shows such as Law and Order, NCIS, Grey’s Anatomy, and The Good Wife. - During an interview in 2010, the actress revealed that she hired personal trainers whenever she was in Los Angeles and New York City. Regan was an employee of Equinox gym in New York City from 2004 to 2006, and once her acting career took off, she became a member of the luxury gym chain until 2019. The actress canceled her Equinox membership in August 2019 after hearing news about their investor, Stephen Ross holding a fundraiser for Donald Trump.
- Whenever her schedule allows it, Regan books a Versa-climber HIIT class at Rise-Nation studio found by celebrity trainer, Jason Walsh. In 2017, she posted a video on Twitter of a personal training session with Jason. She added that keeping fit during an extended outdoor shoot in another country or city was not that difficult since most of her roles required her to stay active throughout her shoot.
- For all the roles Bridget played from 2009 to 2019, she learned horse riding, and tactical assault training using firearms. Whenever the actress visits a new place, she likes to look for beautiful hike locations. While filming Legend of the Seeker in New Zealand, she once visited Tongariro National Park for an 8-hour hike. Outdoor running is one of her favorite modes of cardio, particularly when she does not have access to a gym.
- She travels with a set of mini bands (loop resistance bands) for a leg-workout that can be done anywhere. Bridget usually performs lateral and forward monster walks and banded lunges for a quick thigh and booty burner. She is also a trained dancer that helps her learn new physical skills quickly.
