She usually works out five to six times a week. Apart from boxing, she relies on long walks along the beach with her pet dog, Gucci. For walking, she usually goes for a bit of a power walk. When busy with work, she likes to squeeze in a P90X workout routine at home, which can range from yoga to kickboxing.

Being a fitness fan, Cassie is aware of how important right nutrition is and she makes sure that she is fueling up with nutrient-rich meals. Overall, she aims to eat about five mini-meals throughout the day. Also, she tries to refrain from eating potatoes, pasta, and bread. Breakfast – Due to her busy schedule, she usually eats her breakfast on the sets. She likes to start her day with scrambled egg whites and broccoli. As a side order, she likes some well-cooked turkey bacon. Occasionally, she would splurge on some feta cheese with her usual order.

Lunch or Dinner –  She is a big fan of Italian salads, which she loves for lunch as well as dinner. In her salad, she likes sundried tomatoes, garbanzo beans, shredded mozzarella cheese, and some chopped olives. She then drizzles it with balsamic vinaigrette and adds blackened and grilled chicken for proteins.

1. Her interest in acting dates back to her early childhood days. At the age of five, she used to perform for her family after dinner.
2. She started dancing at the age of 4 and went on to perform at the annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City. She sang at the event as well.
