- Morgane Stapleton (2003-Present) – In 2003, Chris met singer-songwriter from a neighboring publishing house Morgane Hayes. Chris himself was working at a Nashville publishing house back then. Morgane’s friend was working with Chris, and she used to hang around in the office to meet Chris. Eventually, they went on sessions to write songs together and later started a relationship. In 2007, the couple got married. They have a son named Waylon (b. 2010), a daughter named Ada (b. 2012), and twin boys Macon and Samuel (b. 2018).
