- He was born in the Kashmiri Pandits family.
- Growing up, he has spent some years in South London and also attended a school there.
- At 14, he had started writing rap songs.
- He started his singing career on MySpace in 2006, where he would record and upload his songs.
- Krsna rose to fame with the release of his track Kaisa Mera Desh in 2010. From there onwards, he released a number of hit singles including Vyanjan, Vijay, and Last Night.
- He had previously been performing under the moniker of Prozpekt. However, after he signed with Universal Music in 2013, he decided to change his stage name to “KR$NA”.
- Krsna released his debut album titled Sellout in 2014. The entire album consisted of tracks that were released in English.
