Chris O’Dowd is an Irish actor and comedian, best known for his role of Roy Trenneman in the comedy series The IT Crowd between 2006 and 2013, as well as starring in series such as Girls (2012-2013) as Thomas-John, The Clinic (2003-2005) as Brendan Davenport, and Moone Boy that he created and starred in from 2012 to 2015 as Sean Murphy, for which he received an Emmy Award for his writing skills in 2013 for “Best Comedy”.

Chris appeared in many well-known movies such as Pirate Radio (2009) as Simon, Frequently Asked Questions About Time Travel (2009) with Anna Faris, and Gulliver’s Travels (2010) alongside Jack Black, Emily Blunt, Jason Segel, and Amanda Peet.
