  • Loads of Sleep: The sensational model also believes in getting a lot of sleep. By her own admission, she cannot function without 7 or 8 hours of sleep every day. Sleep helps her relax her body and mind and gives her energy to be active for the strenuous fashion shows.
  • Running: Though the beauty has not revealed her exercise routine to any credible source, she has admitted to performing cardio exercises. Her favorite exercise is running. Whenever she has time to exercise, she runs a lot. It is a healthy habit that helps her burn off excess calories and keeps the body active and flexible.

  1. 12 cups of detox a day? That’s not healthy, that’s dehydrating and hard on a persons kidneys, and also is a sign of an eating disorder. If this is true than this article is very misleading to women and girls who look up to her and are looking for “health tips”.

  2. She eats no carbs but eats fruits? Carbs are in EVERYTHING. And besically fruits. Please correct it. It’s not all carbs she avoids. Just processed.

      • Ria@ Of course there isn’t carbs in everything… Meats, and Fats, have no carbs, and although it is still carbs, things like cabbage, broccoli, cucumber etc, are not considered carbs, as it is so low you couldn’t possibly overdo it no matter what!

        It’s still pathetic that people still counts calories though, what a pointless way of living… Quite the simple carbs, embrace healthy fats, and lose 5 – 7 pounds per week just by sitting still 😛
