After being diagnosed with a high blood pressure problem, Slim Thug decided to adopt a healthier lifestyle. He hired Milton Harris as his trainer, who decided to devise a five-day-a-week workout routine for his new client.
He also had him running 3 miles at his hometown’s Memorial Park 5 days a week. He lost about 60 pounds through his fitness regime.
