The Last Kingdom is a British TV series that is based on the novel titled The Saxon Stories by Bernard Cornwell. It first started its broadcast on BBC America and BBC Two in 2015 for season 1 and season 2. Later, in 2018, it was also seen on Netflix, starting from season 3. Overall, the series has received a positive response.
