- He made his first film appearance by playing the titular role in the 2014 Telugu-language action comedy film Alludu Seenu. His co-stars for the project included Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Prakash Raj, Pradeep Rawat, and Brahmanandam.
- For his performance in Alludu Seenu, Sreenivas Bellamkonda won the Filmfare Award in the “Best Male Debut – South” category in 2015.
- Along with Sonarika Bhadoria and Prakash Raj, he co-starred as Sobhan (the son of the president of Rapthaadu, Veerabhadrappa) in the 2016 Telugu romantic comedy film Speedunnodu. The film serves as a remake of the 2012 Tamil movie Sundarapandian.
