According to Khloe’s trainer Gunnar Peterson who is reportedly helping the diva to stay fit post-pregnancy, she is a person who does everything top shelf and makes workouts fun. This is one of the core reasons he likes to workout with her.

An Intense Session

Citing an example of strength based functional training session, he said a session includes a warmup of 20 mountain climbers, 20 jumping jacks, 20 sprinter starts and 20 shoulder straps. Then come exercises like push-ups, sumo squats, and V-ups. She does 20 reps for each set.

Self Love is Important

Khloe has always been super confident, and she credits her family for that. Talking about an incident that happened a while ago, she said that she was reading a blog in which it was mentioned that she was fat. She was flabbergasted because no one had ever called her fat before.

Her family even didn’t see her as fat. All they saw was her heart and love, and she is thankful for that. It has also helped her to stay confident in her skin.

Healthy Lifestyle is a Priority

Kardashian says that being healthy is and has always been a priority for her. She wants to promote a healthy lifestyle while making people really that healthy doesn’t always mean skinny.

In her opinion, it’s great if you don’t aim for being size 2, 4 or 6 but remain comfortable even if you are size 16 or 22.

Less Supported Stomach Area

The mother of one says that right after having a baby, she noticed some changes in her body. One of the prominent among these changes was that she felt less supported in the stomach area and thought she needed to hold it in.

The latest workout collection launched by the TV personality helps her feel more confident as she is easing back into a fitness routine after the birthing. She loves the fact that her workout gear is an inch higher than other workout pants because it has made a big difference for her. The workout gear also offered her much-needed support as it’s made of compression fabric.
