  • Playing the role of Hora, one of Romulus’s friends, in the Australian drama film, Romulus, My Father, in which he starred alongside Eric Bana, Kodi Smit-McPhee, and Franka Potente. Marton Csokas made his first feature film appearance by playing one of the lead roles of Dennis in the sci-fi romantic comedy fantasy film, Jack Brown Genius in 1996. Directed by Tony Hiles, the film also starred other actors such as Timothy Balme, Nicola Murphy, Stuart Devenie, Edward Campbell, and Lisa Chappell.

The same year, i.e. in 1996, Marton Csokas made his first theatrical film appearance by playing the role of Darko in the romantic drama film, Broken English, in which he starred alongside the likes of Aleksandra Vujčić, Julian Arahanga, and Rade Šerbedžija.

As a voiceover artist, he made his theatrical film debut by providing vocals to the character of Poggle the Lesser, the archduke of Geonosis, in the American epic fantasy action-adventure space opera film, Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones in the year 2002. The movie was directed by George Lucas and its lead cast comprised of actors Ewan McGregor, Natalie Portman, Hayden Christensen, Ian McDiarmid, Samuel L.
