1. At age 11, she was diagnosed with scoliosis and it was corrected by inserting steel rod implants into her back for around 5 years. During this time, she had to travel to Chicago for treatment for 6 months, and it was then that she learned to speak English.
2. Valeria was the maid of honor at her good friend Patricia Arquette‘s wedding to Thomas Jane on June 25, 2006.
