  3. Along with Doris Day, George Kennedy, Andy Devin, William Talman, and David Hartman, Peter Graves co-starred as Jason Meredith in the 1967 Technicolor comedy Western film The Ballad of Josie.

  5. He brought to life the character of Captain Clarence Oveur in the parody film Airplane! in 1980. It stars Robert Hays and Julie Hagerty.
