Rob Reiner is an American actor, voice actor, writer, producer, and director who initially gained acclaim by playing the character of Michael “Meathead” Stivic in the CBS sitcom All in the Family (1971-1979), a role that earned him 2 Primetime Emmy Awards in the “Outstanding Supporting Actor – Comedy Series” category in 1974 and 1978.
