  1. He made his first theatrical film appearance as Mike Jones (Richard Jones and Susan Jones’ son and Debbie Jones’ brother) in the psychological drama film Babel in 2006. It stars Brad Pitt, Cate Blanchett, Gael García Bernal, Kōji Yakusho, Adriana Barraza, and Rinko Kikuchi. This performance earned Nathan a Young Artist Award nomination in the “Best Performance in a Feature Film – Young Actor Age Ten or Younger” category in 2007.
  2. Along with Thomas Jane, Marcia Gay Harden, Laurie Holden, Andre Braugher, Toby Jones, William Sadler, Jeffrey DeMunn, Frances Sternhagen, Sam Witwer, and Alexa Davalos, Nathan Gamble co-starred as Billy Drayton (David’s eight-year-old son) in the science-fiction horror film The Mist (also known as Stephen King‘s The Mist) in 2007.
