- He brought to life the character of Yuvraj Mehra (the husband of Radhika’s sister and Arjun’s uncle) in the 2011 Hindi-language masala film Ready, the official remake of the 2008 Telugu film of the same name. It stars Salman Khan and Asin.
- Rajiv Kachroo appeared as Inspector Vishwas Sawant in the Hindi-language vigilante action film Gabbar Is Back in 2015. The film is an official remake of A. R. Murugadoss’s 2002 Tamil film Ramanaa and is named after the titular antagonist played by Amjad Khan in the 1975 film Sholay.
